Terms of Service

Acceptance

By using any product operated by Zottware ("we", "us", "our") — including mobile games (ChessMatch, RhythmMatch) and the Zottfile video channel and its internal publishing tools — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the products.

Products Covered

• Mobile games: ChessMatch, RhythmMatch, and other apps published by Zottware.
• Zottfile: short-form video content distributed on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, and the internal scheduling tool used to publish it.

Use of the Products

You agree to use our products only in ways permitted by law. You will not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with our apps.
• Use automated systems to scrape, disrupt, or abuse our services.
• Misrepresent your identity or act on behalf of someone without permission.

Content Ownership

All content we produce — game assets, source code, videos, narration, thumbnails, and brand marks — is owned by Zottware or licensed to us. You may view, share, and discuss published videos under each platform's terms, but you may not republish, remix for profit, or claim authorship without written permission.

Third-Party Platforms

Our products interact with third-party services (Apple App Store, Google AdMob, Firebase, YouTube, TikTok, Meta). Use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or behavior.

In-App Purchases

Purchases within our apps are processed by Apple and governed by Apple's terms. Refunds are handled through Apple, not Zottware.

Disclaimer

Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of historical content in videos, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zottware is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. The revision date above reflects the most recent change.
