User Data Deletion

Overview

Zottware games do not store personal data on our servers. Game progress is saved locally on your device, and any profile information (name, avatar, player ID) is provided by the platform you play on (Meta / Facebook, Reddit, Apple, or Google).

ChessMatch on Facebook Instant Games

To remove your data from ChessMatch on Facebook:

• Visit your Facebook Apps and Websites settings
• Find ChessMatch in the list of active apps
• Click Remove to revoke access and delete associated data

Local game progress (levels, stars, coins) is stored in your browser and will be cleared when you remove the app or clear your browser's site data.

ChessMatch on Reddit Games

Uninstall the ChessMatch app from your Reddit account settings. Leaderboard entries associated with your Reddit username will be removed on request — contact us below.

Mobile Apps (iOS / Android)

Delete the app from your device. All local game data is removed automatically. We do not retain any personal data on our servers.

Request Manual Deletion

If you need to confirm deletion or have any data-related questions, email us at contact@zottware.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will respond within 30 days.
